This is to ensure a full warm-up has been completed for your child's safety.
Warm-up contains many of the most important physical conditioning and injury prevention exercises gymnasts perform and as such it should not be missed under any Circumstances.

EXISTING MEMBERS ENROLMENT
Existing Members are required to complete a new Enrolment Form at the commencement of each year. This is to be received before the commencement of sessions with the members Membership and Registration Fee Payment. Parents are requested to notify the Club prior to the commencement of the new term if a gymnast will not be returning.
NEW ENROLMENT
Enrolment Form links are sent to you via Text Message to fill out and submit. Enrolment Forms are then ready for you to sign on the training day you/your child starts their Sessions (See Tracey at desk).
All Enrolments and Fees are taken at the desk. An Enrolment Form must be completed prior to a child's first visit to our gymnastic sessions.
The information on this form authorises the Committee to act in case of an emergency, gives the Club important information regarding medical issues, allergies or custody details and provides insurance cover in the event of accidents.
As our sessions are of mixed ages, all adults will be required to present a current DHS (Working With Childrens Clearance) before they will be permitted to begin training.
