QR CODES FROM 31ST MARCH 2021

 

QR CODE REQUIREMENTS

 

Density requirements have changed to 3 person per 4 square metres for indoor sport (including training).

• Members of the same family group are not required to social distance.

• All participants (If under the age of 18 years, parents are required to scan the COVID Safe Plan QR Code when attending (when dropping off participants) at the club venue. This includes everyone who is present at the activity where you are required to sign in using the QR Code.

• Children who are with their parents/caregiver are not required to check in when the parent/caregiver has signed in using the COVID Safe Plan QR Code • A paper record of attendance may be used for people who don’t have a smart phone or in case of other technical difficulties. If your normal class role contains the required information (Full Name, Phone Number, Date and Time arrived at the venue) then this would be sufficient as long as the required information can be retrieved when requested by SA Health.

There will be NO Spectators allowed during Gymnastics Training until further notice.

Para Hills Gymnastics Club kindly ask that all Coaches, Gymnasts and Staff wash their hands before and after training as well as use their own hand sanitiser throughout.

Para Hills Gymnastics Club kindly ask that all Coaches and Gymnasts bring their own personal equipment (for example it may be grips, chalk etc) to use. Please do not share personal items with others.

Para Hills Gymnastics Club will regularly clean all utilised equipment as per the manufacturers guidelines before, during and after use.

Para Hills Gymnastics Club is committed to the health and wellbeing of us all. This is why we ask you to please stay at home if you are unwell.

Para Hills Gymnastics Club will regularly clean all high touch surfaces such as door handles, desk tops etc.

Para Hills Gymnastics Club actively promote and comply with current social distancing measures. Attendees are required to maintain a 1.5m distance.

We will use our words to encourage – but no hand shakes or hi fives!

Para Hills Gymnastics Club kindly ask that you bring your own drink bottle with your name on it and do not share it.

Hand washing is the best! Before and after gymnastics make sure to wash your hands with soap and water.
