Our Story

Para Hills Gymnastic Club Inc and the Sports Gymnastics.

Para Hills Gymnastic Club Inc is a not for profit incorporated community organisation which has operated in the Ingle Farm area for over 40 years.

The various gymnastic programs conducted in our gymnastics club cater for the beginner recreational gymnast. Our emphasis is on providing an environment that is safe, fun and challenging, regardless of your child's ability level, age or interests.

Our progressive programs allow for gymnasts to participate in a group that best suits their goals and needs, under the guidance of our qualified and experienced coaches. The range of recreational experiences on offer includes groups for participants from age 5 through to adults.

Gymnastics For All

This is a program developed by Gymnastics Australia to encourage clubs to teach our Gymnasts and also aims to develop better body awareness, balance, coordination and agility through the acquisition of basic gymnastics skills leading to healthy minds and bodies for now and for later in life.

Children are enrolled according to age and are assessed regularly to ensure that they are progressing according to their ability and are obtaining the gymnastic experience they desire.

Our Mission

Through the provision of quality coaching, ongoing skill development and a choice of programs, we help participants realise their full potential, in a fun, healthy, family friendly environment.
